By the way, Fabrizi said Schaghticoke Chief Velky had no problem with his recent donning of an Indian headdress while joking about the tribe at a recent business luncheon in Bridgeport.

Some people have criticized Fabrizi as being insensitive due to the Indian outfit.

"When he was here in my office, the chief joked about it," Fabrizi said. "He said I'd better wear a better headdress the next time I put it on. He knew it was all in jest."

The headdress belonged to a relative of a mayoral staffer, who had worn it when much younger and in the Indian Guides.
