The next Hendrix?

From the Navajo Times, 12/7/06:

Indigenous at SROn Nov. 28 a winter storm hit the Navajo Nation, bringing traffic to a standstill. But regardless, Mato Nanji was a man on fire.

Even in weather this bad, Nanji--who some critics believe is the next Clapton or Hendrix--can attract a large crowd.

The guitar virtuoso performed with his group, Indigenous, before about 400 people at the Phil L. Thomas Performing Arts Center.
